Hi I have a 25HP electric motor that i need to run from a mobile unit with 110 and 240 volts can this be done hope you can help thanks john

Input is 230V single phase, output is 3 phase (based on a 230V single phase). You will need to find a unit compatible with your motor ratings. They are not cheap - it might be cheaper to replace the 3 phase motor, or buy a 3 phase generator.

Good idea in concept, but unlikely to work on this occasion.
Let me explain. 1HP is about 750W, so 25HP is close to 19kW.
This is a hugely powerful motor and a three phase converter is going to be large and humongously expensive.
Better to find a single phase motor - but it is going to need a substantial cable to feed it.
