buffer solution

how would i make a basic buffer if i was given 250cm3 each of the following 0.5moldm3 solutions and no other chemicals? solutions are HCL acid, ethanoic acid, ammonia, sodium hydroxoxide, I need to give approx volumes of the solutions which i would use to make as much as possible of this buffer. i may not need all the solutions. Does any1 have any ideas?
