Do you get Hot too easily or too cold easily?

me in particular i get warm too easily, i hate being too warm especially in the office when the Men likes their office to be at least 24degrees temp. and i hate it so much, im always constantly having my fan on all day.

as soon the room temp drops to 20degrees .. this whimp moans and say its too cold.

hes from a Hot country so i assume he aint used to it.

but im now thinking maybe i have high blood pressure and he has low blood pressure..... am i right?

i prefer to be cold than hot.
reason? : cold = wrap up and snuggle warm
hot= stress stress stresss... hot and sweaty hard to cool down....

Im always warm WB, Im post menopausal so the flushes have gone but I get nights sweats and must have a window open just about 2 ". The duvet is on then off like you would'nt believe!! I was actually stood in the garden the other night snow falling just to get cool. My bp's fine. When I go shopping I have to take my coat off!

Agree with chinadog, I'm often at odds with the rest of my family, they're too cold I'm too hot, constant fight over how high the fire and heating is turned up, I tell them that if they were as busy as me they wouldn't get cold;-)

wb i think a lot to do with it is tht you wear bandages and u cant tke them off. i hate it too cos i have tattoos and i always need to keep my coat on

I'm a fresh air freak and always have to have a window open.

I don't seem to feel the cold as much as some people, people at work say I make them feel cold as I don't have to wrap up as warm as they do :)

I have low blood pressure though and my colleague who's always cold has high blood pressure.

It could be a symptom of thyroid problem causing it.

I'm always either hot or cold, rarely am I "just right" and more often than not I am always really hot!
I think I am just a strange one, lol.

ohh Thanks for your answers guys, i thought its just me thats hot all the time, we dont have fresh air in the office, just the heater/air con. all i get is hot air blowing into me, just makes me feel sick, stressed and annoyed. but the men or should i say whimps wants the room really warm.
