Eyemask and earplugs query!

We all know that we are all given freeby earplugs and eyemasks on airplanes, but we also all know that these are just for single use. Do any of you fellow ABers know of any quality eyemasks, and earplugs I can use for the long term?

I would also like to know if there are any good sleep remedies. This, I know, is only for the short term as I know these are not to be used forever.

Eyemasks are available in most large chemists like Boots,the best earplugs to use are the ones made from Memory Foam as they fit the ear better and don't cause any pain.
Sleep aids are a difficult one,most people I know swear by Calms Sleep Aid or Nightol (sp?) but neither work for me,in fact they do the opposite and make me more wide awake but a bit woozy/drunk.lol
