New Look Shoe Headache

Ordered some lovely Bridemaids dresses from local bridalstore. Colour is quite unusual - a deep aubergine colour. Thought it may be difficult to get bridesmaids shoes to match, but was in NewLook last week and found some georgeous ones an exact match to my dresses! Frustratically they didnt have the sizes i wanted which is a 4 and size 6.
Asked the store in question, they have no more, and although have daily deliveries cannot tell me whats on each delivery. So i rang about 15 other Newlook stores all over the South of england today, no luck at any. Only a couple offered to take my details and call me should the shoes come in stock, some refused point blankly.
I have tried online but the shoe is only showing in black. I emailed online customer services and they cannot locate stock for any requirement - they dont have that facility!!
So noone know what stock they have or what they are going to get ! Surely someone can help me?? We can put man on moon but cant find 2 pairs of shoes in the whole of the Uk!
Im looking for shoes descrbed as 'multiple frill shoe'. They have a medium heel also in aubergine satin. Peep toe and a flat 3 layer square shaped bow on the top of the front. They were from memory about �20 and also come in black and bright pink.
If anyone knows where I can get in I would be grateful, Cant believe its so hard to find them with this day of modern technology!!

I've been having a good search too, but can find nothing. You may have to go for a different style from another retailer. I'm not sure how dark a purple the shoes are. Proper Aubergine does seem to be quite unusual.

it is likely, going by the colour, that this is transitional winter/spring stock and would have been sold down pretty much by now. we are the same way, shoes are ordered from the supplier 6 - 12 monmths in advance of the style launch and repeat orders have to be done on lines that can be predicted to be good sellers

if it is a spring siuummer wedding that colour will look too dark anyway, go for a soft pewter sandal to show off the colour of the dresses and get auborgine nail enamel

I had a look in my local New Look just in case. None in the Isle of Man.
