If apricot is represented by the numeric equivalent of Nb, Manganese Violet by Uub and Russet by Tb, what colour is Mn? Any clues please.

I don't know what the answer is and am not doing this quiz but it's probably nothing to do with science unless you know for sure it is!
not really sure i dont see how the colours equate to the chemical symbols, if thats what they are, after them. the atomic number doesnt link to the colour as far as i can understand
I suspect that most of the supplied information is probably just a smokescreen. I have come across several of these where they supply you with a lot of irrelevant information and then ask a question that has nothing to do with any of it.

The question (with extraneous information removed) seems to be "What colour is Mn (Manganese)" and the obvious answer would seem to be Violet since that is mentioned earlier in the question.

Of course, Manganese is actually a grey-white metal so it could be Grey.

There certainly doesn't seem to be any obvious pattern to the rest of the supplied information.
