I've got this little squeezy bottle of Sainsburys runny honey. When I last used it 2 days ago, it was the viscosity of normal runny honey. You know, slow pouring, like honey should be. Then today, I go to squirt some on my toast and it's REALLY runny. Like sunflower oil runny. It's in the same place it normally is, which isn't particularly warm or cold and the weather is mild. The bottle did not feel warm. Never experienced this phenomenon before and it's quite odd. I think this belongs in the science section too, so I've posted it there also, which is probably against the rules. Oh well.

Where exactly do you keep it, if it's near the toaster - that could be the problem. When the toaster is on the side of it heats up slightly. My margerine used to melt slightly in the past until I realised what was happening.
