how many years do you need to become a cosmetic surgeon?can you be a part time model?

when i was 3 i wanted to become a doctor. i wasn't sure what type though. when i was 5 i wanted to become an ER doctor. at 7 i wanted to become a heart surgeon/brain surgeon (i wasn't sure). at 10 i wanted to become a cosmetic surgeon. now im 14 and still want to become a cosmetic surgeon. i have heard it takes 8 years. 4 to become a doctor, 2 for specialization and 2 for practise. is it true? i evan like modelling as well. can a doctor be a part time model as well or will it be 2 hard?

This'll also give you an idea of what A/AS levels are accepted, but it's a long and costly road. My brother, sistyer and sister-in-law are doctors, and I can tell you that you'd scarcely have any time for yourself, let alone to try modelling as well.
