These are good quality stainless' but it will corrode in sea water if you leave it in long enough. It doesn't actually rust, like carbon steel, instead it turns into a powder.
In the industry I used to work in, we used to use a number of exotic steels which are much more resistant to sea water attack. 6Mo (Avesta), Inconell, Hastelloy are but a few.
