Can cold beer that has been brought to room temperature be chilled again and served?

Can mass-produced, factory-packed, pasteurised and artificially gassed beer be damaged by bringing to room temperature and then re-chilling? No chance !!

 

An exceptional quality red wine however, once brought up to room temperature (to chambrer) can not be returned to cellar temperature and re-chambree'd without some damage to the flavour.

Depending on the weather, doesn't it happen all the time during transportation through the chain of disribution from the brewery to the warehouse, to the pub?
