How will the human race be destroyed?

How will our race be destroyed?

Will it be destroyed by a intense nuclear battle which wipes out all life forms?

Or will it be via the robots which are becoming so realistic?

Or maybe we will be killed off by the human clones which will soon populate this planet?

Big Monsters fighting each other, like the old B-movies, that would be a cool way to go, i think i would choose to get zap with there eye lazers reather fire breath or crushed by there big feet

A natural mass-extinction spread out over thousands of years, based on environmental and climatic changes - some of which will have been exacerbated by human activity

aids, mrsa, killer flu, cheap airlines(spread of disease quickly over wide area) , tb, mobile phones (brain damage) bse, greed for oil, shrinking reserves of drinkable water, floods, short term profit greed, laptops(spermcutters), obesity, cigarrettes, drugs, climate change, pestilence, no god, massive meteor strike, bug from outerspace spread by astronaut from cheap space ride operator, nuclear disaster (fatal flaw found in design of numerous nuclear plants) germ warfare, ....have I missed any?

well in answer to the "how could the world be saved q- maybe we could just close down all power sources, and live in unnder ground tunnels miles beneath the earths surface using the heat from the mantle for warmth and living off animal fat-until its over anyway

The scum of the Earth (the human race) will eventually destroy the planet through pollution, deforestation etc, all contributing to global warming which is changing the world's climate. Some predict that the Earth will get hotter and hotter (in 50 years England will have the climate of Southern Spain) until it's uninhabitable and all life dies out, except for minute organisms that will be able to adapt quickly. Or there is the theory showed in The Day After Tomorrow: we will see the next ice age. Of course, a small fraction of the human race could survive this initially but eventually we, and all complex life forms will die out, except for... yes, minute organisms that will be able to adapt quickly. In time the Earth will end, but start again. I believe that there have been endless cycles that see micro-organisms evolve into more and more complex creatures, eventually seeing a time ruled by animals with advanced brains, the power of thought, perhaps opposable thumbs - who knows? - who will eventually discover ways to suck the Earth dry and suffocate it untill that cycle has to come to an end.

 

Oh, and as for saving the Earth? Sorry but there's no chance of that, it's too late. The human race is never going to stop taking this planet for granted. Doesn't it just make you sick!

steph84 may be right-how many generations of humans could have lived on this planet, i wonder if there will ever be another Elaine Rush living in bromsgrove.....

Maybe we will survive-tho its unlikely the earth will-we could live on mars-they've been saying its possible rite!?!
