If you swallowed bullets is there any possibilty of the acid in your stomach making them go off?

serious note - they will past through with no problem, albeit with a little corrosion on the metal.
They simply won't be there for long enough for anything to happen to them.
All bullets require impact on the percusion cap to fire, or a lot of heat. Throw them in a fire or hit them in the right place with something and presto - BANG.

If you swallowed a bullet the only risk is lead poisoning ! unless it was travelling very fast at the time.

The explosive is contained in the cartridge behind the bullet.
