Posters from abroad

Not sure that I'm going to explain myself very well on this but the ABers who are abroad (NoMercy, Sqad, Clanad I can think of) that are in different timezones (got me so far hopefully) when they post the times shown come up as UK time, is that because the time is generated by the answerbank's clock rather than our own laptop/PC time? I think I've answered my own question.

Prudie... both Sqad and I are GMT+1. However, the little clock in the bottom right corner of my laptop currently says 7.54. It is, in fact, 8.54 local time in Spain. I could reset my clock to Peninsula time, but I prefer to keep it the way it is. I also have the same hour time differene with TV programmes. When I look on telly and it says EE starts at 7.30, it's 8.30 my time.
