iPhone album by artist

Hi. I have put some soundtracks on my iphone but it sorts them by the album then artist. So i have Elipse - Muse, Eclipse - Vampire Weekend etc as separate albums. Anyone know how to get them all in the same album as they should be? Thanks

How are they stored in iTunes. If they separate tracks, select all and make them a compilation album

So are you saying that you bought a compilation album with these different artists/tracks but when you loaded it to iTunes they reverted to their original album titles?
If so then select all the tracks, click Get Info in the File Menu, rename the Album to the compilation CD title, make sure the tracks are numbered (1 of 20 , 2of 20 etc) and you should be OK. resync to get it on your iPhone

They are listed under the correct album in iTunes but when I look at my albums on my iPhone they are listed under the album name but as separate tracks. I will try your suggestions and see. Thanks

Thank you, i went to Get Info, named the album and clicked compilation and it has sorted it. Thanks for your help. im happy now!!
