Excel charts graphs and refreshing

I have some data, which is sourced from other sheets.

I then have graphs created from this set of data.

Providing I have all data source sheets open, the data auto refreshes.

However, whilst the charts DO update, they DON'T update the labels!
Seems to only be for pie charts?

Please help!
