For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sound travels from your television to you as waves in air at about 330m/s. Light (and all electromagentic radiation) travels at about 300,000,000 m/s.
The problem will be with the electronics.Your television receives the signal from the transmitter at the speed of light but if there is a problem processing the signal on either end of that transmission (at the TV studio or your television) then the sound and vision can become out of synchronisation.
