can somebody please tell me what "a light ray hitting a mirror at an angle is reflected off at.....

the angle of reflection - draw a line perpendicular to the mirror (this is called the "normal!), the angle between this & the incident ray of light will be equal to the angle between the reflected ray & the normal

(based on the assumption you're doing homework

Basically at an angle equally opposite to that it strikes the mirror surface. As per magicdice above.
