Is an ultrasound a good imaging tool for diagnosing bone cancer? (Please Explain)

i'd imagine something like an MRI scan.that's where you go into the tunnel thing.if you are broad shouldered like me i can assure you it's not very comfy.NOT for someone claustraphobic!!
