Electronic crossword dictionary.
6 Answers
I have owned for some years now a Franklin "Chambers Concise Crossword Dictionary" with the model number CWR 206. It is an electronic aid to all manner of crossword applications. I have been very happy with it but it has now literally worn out and I wish to replace it with the same model. My problem is that I can no longer find one of these models probably because it it is now outdated. I have found what appears to be a similar machine with the model number CSQ-206 and wondered if this is what I should now purchase. The trouble is that when buying stuff on-line it is dificult if not impossible to ask questions about merchandise so I am turning to the Answer Bank in the hope someone can help me. Please advise.

i too once owned a Chambers Crossword Dictionary. Someone then bought me a Bradfords Electronic Solver which is perhaps slightly more expensive but much more helpful.
If you haven't got them (and a interested) the two Bradford's Crossword Guides are currently available in book form for around £7.50 from The Book People
