Nope because I am never over the top!

Some shops in this area selling Christmas Trimmings already Anne, be selling Easter eggs next.
Tescos is filling up with stuff, anne. You go there looking for Bucks Fizz and all you can find is mulling wine.
One of the reason that I dislike Xmas so much, is that it is now 100% commercial. It isn't special any more, not for me at least.

I have, however, been buying a book of 2nd class stamps every couple of months, so that its not such a shock in the run-up to Xmas.

I am certainly not going to be spending any large sums of money on presents for my nieces and nephews any longer, as some of them can't even be bothered to knowledge the gifts, let alone say thank you.
Nope. I don't celebrate Christmas.
I've only ordered one Stuffed Unicorn this year - but I will miss the Phoenix Tears rissotto on Boxing Day ...
Every Xmas I buy too much and it ends up in the bin. This Xmas I am making a real effort not to buy so much.
We noticd today that our local John Lewis has got Christmas decorations and trees in.
yes, I'd cut the non-responders off my list, mikey, that's what all my aunts did to me. I had enough socks anyway.
With a bit of luck this Christmas won't be too bad as no one has asked for anything yet - they all got spoilt last year. They've all got the latest tablets, phones, game consoles, etc. Just hoping there's no expensive 'must have' gadget released (bloody seguway thing cost an arm and a leg and didn't get used that much).

Mickey, I have given my Grandson a card +Money on his birthday / Xmas every year without a phone call to say thank you or kiss my rs, I think you know what he going to get this year!
TWR...yes, I can imagine !
Nope. Never go over the top, just buy what want for whomever I want.

Food will be whatever we fancy, def not turkey, and accompaniments as we please.

Really don't understand why folk get so stressed about a day.

I have a sister-in-law that gets into debt every year, just to over-do Xmas.
Eccles I think I may have lobster tail this year, Mr Islay is happy to have turkey and ham joint from Tesco! Will just buy the trimmings from M&S
Don't like to dismay you(honest), but I walked past Mothercare today and there was a dressed Christmas Tree in the window, and racks of kiddies clobber covered in Santas and Snowmen out on display.
Aldi has an empty stand which they seem to be preparing for Hallowe'en on one side.......with Christmas stuff on t'other.

Mind you, I managed to pick up a frozen turkey crown at a reasonable price. :o)
Bridgetown airport have a tree up and they are selling decorations made from sea shells. I`m not cutting back as I don`t spend much anyway.
