Some shoplifting to be done today, needs must.
I hope everyone had a happy time over Christmas. Mine was quiet, but that's the way I like it. :o}

Morning boaty xxx - we had a quiet day as well - our family group for lunch was down to four, the smallest ever, due mainly to Covid restrictions but very relaxed all the same, just the way i like it !!

I'm fine thank you. Well, a couple of wee niggles, but nothing can be done about it so it's a case of get on with it.

This covid is evil, isn't it. I hope it goes away soon.

How are things with you? All as it should be?

Oh yes, we had a rather lively storm go through during the night. I haven't looked out yet, so have no idea of any damage.

Our weather has been all over the place too, Friday was lovely, but yesterday getting into the low 30s and now it's quite cool and windy - really strange for this time of the year !!

But it looks like staying mild for a while which would be great - we don't need another year like this, in more ways than one !!

it has been bashing against the windows since yesterday afternoon, but seems to be dying down a little now....hope so as I really need to get oot these jammies for a wee daunder today

I wish I didn't have to go out, but needs must, a prescription to pick up for one, some supplies almost out.

Can you pick up a prescription on a Sunday Boaty? No chance here until Tuesday. Not sure what would do in an emergency. ask 111 I suppose.

I'm not looking forward to going out the back, I dread to think what I'll find!

with this bleepin' level 4 it will mean queueing up outside Chemist for hours to pick up meds....literally ! was over 1 1/2 hour wait one time .....

Of course! It's Sunday, isn't it duh!

Our nearest chemist operates a 1 in 1 out regime. very small so only one in shop at the time. local shop small operates only 4 in and then 1 in 1 out. can be chilly and damp. but if that means staying safe from covid (if not pneumonia) then so be it.
