It’s the beginning of Advent , I can’t wait and I’m really getting the Christmas bug here, I can’t find a sub section about Christmas, seems to be hidden away for all the Bah-Humbuggers :0)
And why should it be ?

27th December should be fine. It's within the 12 days.

Yes. Surely should be at least December.

But that’s my point Lanks, the 27Th is the beginning of Advent
The Christmas category is a sub-category of CB.
You can make your own decision surely ?
It's too early in my book...though on an American site I go on, many are fully decked out and it's not thanksgiving until Thursday.
I think a fair number of people may not want to be reminded *just yet*.

On the contrary Pasta, I think people need some cheer in their lives right now even if it is just twinkling lights

It’s hidden jno to appease the bah- humbugs :0))
1st December seems to be the norm around here.
Noooooooo.
To each their own, Bobbi - you go ahead if that's what you want to do - too early for me though!
Question Author
That’s when we usually do it Margo but what’s 4 days haha
Question Author
I might just do that Haz :0)
Why refer to those who find it to be too early as 'bah humbugs'? As if they are negative and sour faced. Some people obviously love it...others might also love it...but in a more restrained manner closer to the date ;). A few might hate it.
I'm sure there are plenty other people in your area of Newcastle who will have them up, Bobbi. In fact some may not have taken them down.
Question Author
Haha, that’s me told then :0))))
Love Xmas pasta, at Christmas time .
Lights showing outside now and not when you’re away will be a sure sign to burglars that your home is unoccupied over Christmas. I wouldn’t do it.
