who thinks they no the worst xmas song mine is it'll be lonely this xmas, every time i hear it it makes me suicidal.

Here in the USA - my two most UNfavorite ones are:

Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer

Barking Dogs Doing Jingle Bells - no singing at all - just barking - it makes me want to shoot thru my car radio!!!

'Silver bells' - really captures the cheery spirit of Christmas, I don't think!

Also hate East 17' s 'stay' because it has absolutely nothing to do with Xmas but they bunged a few bells in the background, blagged their way to a xmas no. one and nobody seems to have noticed that it's not a christmas song.

Cliff Richard I think of as a bottle of sherry - he gets brought out of a cupboard and dusted down at Christmas to make my gran happy. x

dogs barking to jingle bells loved it as well as the sheep baaing to jingle bells ( i think i need therapy as well, we can stand at bad christmas song anonymous, where we would be made welcome and introduced to songs that would give us that christmas feeling).

The dogs barking Jingle Bell's in brilliant! Wow wow wow,wow wow wow,wow wow wow wow wow.. All done in various "Wow's". Good stuff!

Sorry to upset you Cliff fans but I want to put him in Room 101 along with Enya. I quite like his Wired for Sound song though as its cheesy pop at its best.

The Pogues song is my favourite xmas song and one of my favourite songs full stop.
