Boxing day cold buffet

Beside turkey and ham I am thinking of providing salmon for my boxing day buffet. Does anyone know where I can buy a whole ready prepared salmon and will it cost a fortune? I wondered if M&S might do this? Bit scared to prepare one myself.

I think you'll find that all the major supermarkets provide these at Christmas . I'm sure Waitrose do . Go and pick up their Chrismas food brochure or check on line.

greenfingers is dead right. Waitrose and Sainsbury's definately do them and you can order over the web and have them delivered or collect them yourself, presumably, you'd havce to do this on christmas eve.
