Flower arranging

I want to get my sister something that helps with flower arranging but I know nothing about the subject.

Is there a tool that I can get her?

Or another suggestion?

Buy her lots of oasis as it isn't cheap. You could also buy her a nice flower arranging book for good ideas. An unusual vase would be a good idea too.

Wander round a really good florists shop. They will probably have a selection of oasis and unusual decorative baskets and containers. And if you look in the Hobbies and Crafts section of any good bookshop they will undoubtedly have a number of illustrated books on flower arranging which will give her some ideas.
