Help finding a broken toy!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can locate a toy? My sons favourite Christmas toy got broken and he is devastated! (Hes' only 4) It is listed on the receipt as a GALAXY DEFENDER SWORD, purchased from BHS back in November. I have googled it but returned no results. There doesnt seem to be a manufacturers name anywhere on the wretched thing!! Please help! Many thanks in advance.

have you tried going to their website and using the contact us option?they might be able to help. Only thing i can think of :o)

Thanks! Have just sent a message now, they say a reply should be sent within three days. Heres keeping my fingers crossed they have one somewhere!

No it doesnt belong to Buzz!! it was just a fairly inexpensive stocking filler toy, which lights up and makes sounds (although it doesnt do that now as it is broken beyond repair). i have emailed bhs who replied quickly asking for the product code, and since i emailed that back to them i have had no response!
