What ideas do you have for inexpensive Christmas gifts for my team at work? There are 15+ of them so can't cost much and want to avoid the usual boring chocolates ... plus can't do vino as some of them don't drink. They are both male and female so needs to be something they will all like OR it needs to be slightly different for each but on a similar theme ... it's just a token really hence why it's not needng to be OTT (plus there are a lot of them) what do you think???????

Do you each buy presents for each other? We generally do a Secret Santa and each buy something which costs around 5 (suitable for male or female) then have a sort of lucky dip. That way no-one person has to spend loads of money. Or you could put the name in a hat and everyone chooses a name and has to get a gift for that person so you can be more gender specific = again keeping identities secret.

They do that amongst themselves - this is just a little personal token from me as their manager ..... help!!
I have bought Chirtistmas decorations for the girls before - sounds boring but you can get some really lovely ones which look more like little furry toys. Last year I bought them each a pink fluffy tiara decoration and one of them still has hers on her computer.
men are more difficult - I have gone into places like Hawkins Bazaar (they have an online shop) and bought small jokey toys which are quite inexpensive. In fact I still have to do christmas stockings for my grown up family so buy a lot in there

How about a diary each for next year.
Black or blue for the men, and a nice flowery one or pink colour for the ladies.
