Dying black jumper by mistake!

Hey all, think this is my first time posting in this section!

So my fella has been sorting through clothes and found a jumper he loves that he managed to put through the wash with something with bleach on. The jumper is a black wool jumper and has a few small patches that have been bleached.

Would it be possible to dye it back to black? Would it work and if possible, what is the best way to go about it?

Many thanks!

Unfortunately, dye will not cover stain or bleach marks. Looks like he will have to buy a new jumper!
I agree with the lewis gang (whichever one of them is posting) - think if you'd dyed it, it would be totally FUBARRED
Try black felt tip pen over the stains
