I’m off to bar skip and then off to a Halloween rave, we’re dressed as brats zombie dolls.

What are you doing and if anyone says “hiding under the couch in the darkness from trick or treaters” I’m just going to scream, lol.

Have a good one folks and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Nothing particular, this is the first year I recall it being done on a Saturday rather than the actual day. No t&ts will get sweets off me tonight, Tuesday probably.

Sounds amazing.
Absolutely nothing, just finished dinner, will sit down in front of the TV and keep warm, don't expect any TorT as we live out in the middle of no where!
eat tea and watch strictly
I have never really celebrated Halloween. But I have been invited to a Halloween party tonight and I really don't think I will be going. I feel cream crackered.

Halloween weekend as it’s the nearest weekend to Halloween.
It may be Halloween where you are, but it isn't here yet. And even if it was...I don't answer the door. So there...
I'm doing nothing, and I've put the dog in the porch to put off any trick or treaters that fancy their luck.
I may be cynical ...but having it today is just a con to get it celebrated twice.
I notice that some of the local kids are Trick-or-Treating already, instead of waiting until Monday evening.

I was born in 1953, and spent all my childhood growing up in either North London, or rural North Somerset.

I can honestly say that I have no recollection of celebrating Halloween as the Americans do. We had Firework Night of course.

When I visited America, in 1978, I saw Halloween Trick-or-Treating for the first time. The Trick-or-Treating starts at about 18:00 and stops at 20:00.
You show your willingness to take part, by leaving your porch light on. Of course, generally speaking, we don't have porches over here ! But TOT'ing never begun 2 days before the 31st.

Nowadays, all the paraphernalia needed for Halloween is available anywhere. But even in the 1991 and 1992, it was nowhere to be seen over here. I used to bring back stuff from Walmart, for my nieces and nephews, like masks, pumpkin carving kits, etc, etc. Without it, they wouldn't have had anything.

Someone said on Radio Four this morning, that Halloween is second only to Xmas in its commercial
importance. We seem to have come a long way in a very short time !

Put a werewolf mask on the dog and get into the spirit, lol

Pastafreak, pubs and clubs have their Halloween functions over this weekend and not on the weekdays as people are working, studying
Ohhhh...and there I was thinking Halloween was for those between the ages of 3 and...12-ish.
I have a basket of goodies waiting for any little' uns that might come a calling.

For the last three years, we haven't had any. The children around here are all grown up now.
well Mikey I was born in the 70's and we celebrated Halloween in the late 70's onwards as I remember getting dressed up and TorT around the base.
