Incidentally, do you think this picture is photoshopped (Yaxley-Lennons face inserted), it certainly looks like it to me.

Did you mean that Musk's face may have been inserted ?

Wouldn't call it much of a split, most parties have a wide selection of views. Musk is concerned about TR's mistreatment related to speech, Farage has opted not to have anything to do with TR as he feels TR's past associations make support for him a liability and the party would lose many more votes than it gained; resulting in a real split in the 'patriot vote'.

Both views seem reasonable.

There are two images in that link and the one with Yaxley-Lennon shows only him.

The other one shows Elon Musk and Nigel Farage so I'm not sure which image you think has been altered.

It's not a split.  They disagree on one issue, that's all.

Sorry, my bad. The one showing Musk and Farage appears photoshopped to me.

Quite a big issue ...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c70ep8lp4jjo

Elon Musk has called for Nigel Farage to be replaced as leader of Reform UK, just weeks after reports the multi-billionaire was in talks to donate to the party.

In a post on his social media site X, Musk said Farage "doesn't have what it takes" to lead the party ...

They disagree on TR. The rest is just attempts to get the upper hand.

No the photo looks OK

Musk is concerned about TR's mistreatment related to speech,

n he isnt - he is concerned with making money. They  have contempt proceedings in the Land  ofthe  Free - poonie  when you disobey  a judge.

Tarmy was a fool. He gave an undertaking to a judge not to comment on an ongoing case and went out and did so!

durrr

Ellipsis, that's a new development.

Yeah PP but they don't stick them in a secure prison where they are at risk and give them 9 months in solitary for either contempt or free speech. Of course he is interested in making money but incentives aren't necessarily separate.

Who knows? Musk always looks the same. Farage was daft to get involved with him. I think he was blinded by the possible $$$

By adopting the name Tommy, the Far Right Yaxley-Lennon is truly insulting all the real Tommies who gave their lives to free Europe from the yoke of the Far Right in 39-45.

But of course it's well known that many of the "aristocracy" in Britain were in favour of Hitler in the Thirties (even our own Royal Family), so Yaxley-Lennon's proclivities are no surprise.

My Dad, together with many of his comrade true Tommies, must be turning in their War Graves.
