Period pains but no period

I've had period cramps and very tender breasts for a few weeks now like my body has been gearing up to come on. I was due on a few days ago but no bleeding as yet but still got the cramps.

I have been under quite a lot of stress recently and wonder if this has caused it but not sure about the cramps and unusually core breasts. Has anyone else had this? I am going to take a pregnancy test but don't know if it is too early yet.

you can take a pregnancy test on the 1st missed day, or one of those first respose ones 4 days before your period is due, so do that

stress can delay periods.

i get all the pains before hand and sometimes dont get a period for up to three months! but take a pregnancy test if you are unsure
