travel republic on-line travel agency

has anyone had any dealings with this on-line travel agency,up to now i rate them zero,i have contacted by telephone only to be told we will look into it for you and get back,two weeks later still waiting,sent recorded delivery letter they got it on the next day ,i checked thro royal mail tracking service still no joy,my next step will be abta as i note they are abta bonded. anyone out there had dealings.
