Is it too early to ask for ideas for Valentinte's Day?

My wife is American and Valentine's Day is almost bigger than Christmas. So, now that we're back in the UK, I don't know what to do for her this year, any ideas anyone?

How about naming a rose after her ?
if you go to a website called iwantoneofthose.com you should be able to find it.
I bought a kit for my mum a couple of years ago you are sent the seeds to grow and can name it what you like, and register the name.
The seeds are the only one of its kind and there will be no other rose in the world like it. A beautiful gesture i think :)

Been married for 40 years this April. Told my wife on our wedding night that I loved her and if I ever changed my mind I'd let her know.

Never bought a Valentine card or pressie yet, and don't intend to start now!

Only a bit of fun jd,and if your wife is American then she'll expect somthing. How about a more subdued present like a home-made heart shaped cake or pizza,to show you've thought about it without just splashing the cash!
