i never wore any of it,so i am very pleased.
that's good slinky!.....no point in keeping it if you don't wear it, it's going to be put to a better use now!.....good on you!.....
I currently have quite a large bag of scrap silver jewellty I am thinking of taking to a jewellers to see if they are interested in buying. Have done it before and got abot £70 for scrap.
just remembered, I have a silver charm bracelet, loaded with charms, never going to want it again!...........may take that along and sell it!
Have you asked your son exactly what he wants for Christmas. Unless you are a chav family I doubt that he would thank you for a chain.
^ pmsl..............
Same Craft.....hmmm
Exactly ummmm.
I should have said that he would probably want you to spend £200 on something far more useful. Maybe a suit for his job interviews.
Pmsl....even funnier.
A single chain isn't chavvy... a lot of jewellery is.....unless you are Mr T then its just stupid ...fool...
Not many men can carry off jewellery...
I might do that. I've got some gold stuff that I rarely wear as I don't like gold and probably a few broken chains lying around. Where did you go? Was it a store with lots of branches?
one subtle ring is ok or a chain...young attractive men maybe an earring...
All I have is a load of junk jewellry worth about two and a half pence. Lots with sentimental value but no actual money value.
My wife had a few bits of broken gold chains, varying from 9 to 22 gram.Knowing the weight of each piece i checked the scrap price on Ramsden's site, total added up to £348 . Went to the local Ramsden's shop and received £346.Boy was she chuffed.

amy90,he asked for a gold chain,he just lost the one i got hom for his 16th birthday but it was a lot thinner than this one,he doesnt want a big chunky thing like a chav wears.he doesnt need £200 for a suit for a job,he wears lab coates at his work at the university where he as worked since he was 17,and done an apprenticeship for 5 years,he works in a science lab, which is more than i can say for a lot of young ones.
What does pmsl mean please craft?
Thanks for info Slinky Jane, I have some gold jewellry I would like to get rid of but have been apprehensive of being conned.
