How nice she looks in simple dresses which show her good figure. Why does she spoil it all in her wedding outfits.

The sea has got really rough and a yacht broke it's moorings and came hurltinginto the swimming zone so the police were there shining torches on it, hoping to awaken the people inside I guess but I think it was empty.Dear woofy, wht a worry, I do hope all goes well for Mr woofy tomorrow.

Good Morning. Lovely sunny autumnal day. The air is cool and perfect. Doggy walk on the cards, then perhaps the gym later and then some ironing (or maybe not). The ironing pile is getting higher and higher and higher................................. mostly Mr LL's shirts. Good job he has thousands of them and doesn't rely on my ironing very often!!!

See you later.
still quite warm and sticky here, am just flitting through and will be off to catch a train shortly. Toodle pip.

Hi jno
Bye jno
Morning all...and bonjour to jno!

I popped my head around the door yesterday but I felt like crip, in pain and was stone cold so I had nowt to say (except whining). I didn't have any tea/dinner & went to bed early. Must be the time of year Lottie... btw stop showing off with your gymnastics, we know you only go to watch the others. :o) lol @ Alice, that doesn't look very comfortable.
Funny you mentioned spooky church 'cos there was one in my dream last night (I hadn't seen your post), a really big, horror movie ruin it was, you had to walk up a lot of wide steps to go inside and it was sooo dark. No one thought I'd go in but I did - I think I was actually trying to impress a man who'd got an annoying woman beside him :o)

Sorry Mr w's struggling woofy, I don't know a lot about radiotherapy but I do know it can make you feel as bad as chemo in some cases so it's bound to take some getting over. All the best for today's scan x

Well done neti's relative...and congratulations Jude on the birth of baby violas, haha. I told you not to give up. The secret to make them grow quickly is to allow the seeds to explode all over your dining room first. ;o)

And yoohoo to shaney, you and mr s are never forgotten you know!
Hello again. very stinking hot here, daughter has been signed off work since last Tues for a week, something summery she's got, says el medico, he's a love signs her off for anything!

Went to the big city to do the shopping today cos Mr N is in an all day golf competition tomorrow, so hija and I can just hang out (No Robi not literally!)

Just had to drive to Es Cana to take her doctor's baja to the boss, bloody traffic and bloody silly kids on those quad bikes blocking my lane, I gave them short shrift, and if they were looking for a fight they soon looked the other way and shot off, I was not in a mood to be trifled with as there are no Rowntree's Fruit gums to be had in driving distance and I am addicted to them! Just downloading my soaps and progs to put onto disc for tonight's viewing, althoug I well baggy the tv to watch BB, I KNOW I KNOW, but I've never been able to watch it live before, may well give up if it's anything like last night!

Hope Mr woofy is bucking up. The side effects will eventually pass won't they woofy and then just the dialysis to deal with.
oh I let it all hang out this morning... ok, peek out... I did some housework in the nuddy but only bathroom cleaning, not scrubbing the front doorstep :o)

Bro in law is still in Bupa clinic on intravenous anti bios and feeling remarkably better, Cardiologist keeps popping in to see him, and still not sure if and when heart op goes ahead. He may go home for a couple of weeks if toe gets better. Sister does not want me to cancel holiday, she loves me being there, and we can still shop till we drop in Brighton cos bil is in the hospital there!

So I take dog for walk and find that they are spreading chicken sh1t on the field behind me, so head off round the wood and head towards the next huge wood over the fields, where I haven't ventured in recent years. Got to the edge of the wood and suddenly a huge roar echoed out of it which made me quite nervous. A lion - a bear! Pull yourself together Lottie. Realised it was a rutting stag as about 4 young does fled out of the field in my direction. Another huge roar and then another - by this time Lottie was swifty dragging Meg in the other direction. Then Meg caught a rabbit and it screamed it's head off. Then I found that I had to go through a load of brambles to get back to a footpath and ended up in the chicken sh1t again.

Not sure whether I enjoyed that walk or not!!!
Ha ha lottie, that sounds horrendous, fresh air isn't good!!

The joys of living in the sticks Neti!!
....and this is why I never deviate from the roads, apart from staggering up through the wilderness to get to my villa, and that makes me nervous at times.
Evening folks
It's been a lovely day here . Warm and sunny and I've spent most of it in the garden doing the usual .Sitting about with a book and the occasional snip and slurp.
Toodlepip Jno .Where are you going ? I thought you were in gay Parree .
Well ,wherever it is you are off to ,safe journey .

Haha ..I know you don't forget Mr S although he thinks he's been forgotten by the NHS although they say he's on the waiting list .
He is very fed up and so would I be with that catheter stuck up me whatnot all these months .
We live such a boring life these days. We can't go anywhere or do anything .
Everything revolves around bodily functions :)
Never mind,.There are people worse off .At least he's alive and I have a lot to be thankful for .
Hope you are all Ok .
I'm going to plonk myself in front of the screen dreckly and watch Homicide,.Life on the Streets DVD .
Thinking of you Woofy .Hope things went OK today .
Pip Pip for now .Have a goodnight all xx
Hi All. What a day you've had Lottie you be careful on your 'travels.'
I hope yours and Mr W's day went alright Woofy. Thinking about you today.
Enjoy wherever you go Jno. I don't know either where you're going, sorry if I wasn't paying attention. Have a good trip anyway. More photos please.
Hope you've felt better today Robi. I know I do get out and about a lot but I do have my off days sometimes and I know what it can be like.
Neti I just can't stand BB but if you do then you go for it. I think all reality shows are crip, but I might just admit to watching the final of Xfactor.
Shaney, pleased you've had a rest today in the good weather. I've only watched 1 programme tonight A Question of Sport. I get a few more right on that than on UC :)
It'll be Good morning to you Dolly wont it! hope you are ok too.

I'm off now. All have a good night and I hope it's another fine day tomorrow for you. See yer later 'gater(s)
hello all.....where to start.....DH had his scan, we stayed out to do some shopping and had a coffee. Got home, consultant phoned and say that scan had shown that a small clump of cells, which we knew about had started growing and begun to press against his intestine causing the sickness and poor appetite. He then said they want to operate to remove it and he had found DH a bed in the local specialist renal hospital as he will still need dialysis. Bed would be confirmed today or tomorrow. Long story short, he is now in hospital, surgery probably tomorrow. My wonderful Sis is travelling back tomorrow. The good news in all this is that it isn't the dialysis making him feel so poo which would have been difficult as that is for life. The docs are saying operate and remove not palliative treatment which is a huge relief. Its all quite scary though.
Question Author
I am so glad he has got in quickly Woofy which gives you both less time to worry. I am also glad that they have found something they can remove and that it is not the dialysis that is causing problems.

Keep strong and bless you both. My thoughts are very much with you and will be all weekend.

Much Love

Lottie
