How nice she looks in simple dresses which show her good figure. Why does she spoil it all in her wedding outfits.

We went to a pub the other side of Derby and I've just zoomed back down the A50 at I don't know how fast on a very clear road. Then the rain started just when I came off it and bucketed down. Still I know my car is going like a dream now and I can tell it enjoyed the workout!!
Love the coat Neti/ I bet that keeps you warm. I look a drip in long coats. Like a 'pipe-cleaner'.
Going to watch the rest of the match now. Goodnight all. See you tomorrow!!

Blast, blast, blast
I just typed a long screed and touched something which made the whole bloody lot disappear................
Basically it said that my son wears a lot of Army Surplus Gear, and he and his GF have the most wonderful parka's that would probably keep you warm and dry till you reach the top of Everest.
I said a lot more of probably very boring stuff.
I am now having to rethink the coat situation. I want something 3/4 length, snug and warm and shower proof and relatively smart that I can wear in Russia next year, but I don't want bulky or padded, and I want silver grey (I think).
Now going for a trip around Debenhams!!
Will pop back after my shop to say goodnight!!

Hello all looooong day DH getting on nicely, allowed small amounts of real food but very tired which is okay and expected. My berghaus coat arrived and is just what I wanted, warm, waterproof and enveloping which is just as well given today's crip weather. I too love the pitch dark and driving in it but not fast. Night night all.
I am long sighted too Neti. Very long sighted in fact. Something not quite right with my eyes so the last optician told me. I can see for miles, I just can't see anything right in front of me!!!
Pleased with good news about Mr Woof and pleased your coat is OK Woof. I have some really warm waterproof clothing, I just want something a bit more special. I did find something I liked and it was £185.00. I am not prepared to spend that amount!!

shaney, I've never actually watched a reality programme, except for a Big Brother's Little Brother or something because jno jnr was on it (in the audience). No Celebrity this or that, no Strictly, no nothing. Only high-class history programmes presented by fine ladies who can talk without opening their mouths or authoratitive gentlemen who do helicopter imitations.
Good to hear Mr W is allowed a little food again; it sounds as if he is recovering nicely.
As for pitch black - not in my neck of the woods. There's always light.

Morning all, yes Neti I visit every afternoon, leave home at 13.00 and back home again between 18 and 19.00. Pups are fine, the idolise my Sis and she is very good with them. I take them out early every morning still. My new coat was 120 inc p and p but DH's is now about 10 years old and looks like new so worth it I hope. It was billed as navy but is actually a very nice dark airforce blue.
I don't mind Strictly occasionally but that is my limit....really enjoying the James Martin program about NHS catering that is on daily in the mornings on the beeb.

Morning all...zzzzzzzzzzz.....had a crip night's sleep.
Ooh it's a bit parky up the back, but not raining at the moment. I want some of those mellow September days to ease me into the winter. I don't mind the dark but I prefer the time when it's almost light all night. I had to get up to 'go' at 4.30am in the dark & only a few weeks ago it would have been light & the birds singing :o(
I see coats as long term nowadays, I look at them and wonder if it'll still look ok on me when I'm 75 :o)
Glad to hear Mr w's doing well woofy...
I can't be doing with any of the celebrity prancing, dancing on ice, knitting on the lav type programmes but I do have a short peek at X factor/BGT occasionally.
Oh it's pretty modest is my place neti...the woman with the bike is my friend popping in for a cucumber sarnie...

Morning all. I'm just off to the Orange shop to get my phone sorted. Can receive emails but not send them now what's goin on!!
Love your house Robi nudge! nudge! wink! wink! Hope you feel better today it is brightening up a bit so maybe that will help.
I expect Mr S wasn't very pleased with the Footie was he Shaney. quite a boring match, When I got in I saw the highlights and wasn't sorry I missed it. Hope the weather gets better in your area too.
KBO Woofy. Hope each day gets better and better for Mr W and you. Not forgetting your sister of course. They're lovely people - Sisters.
I never watch reality shows, either, but I must admit to being tempted to watch Dancing because Robbie Savage is in it and he captained The Rams as his last Club before he retired last season. He's lovely...Something about men with long hair...gets me.
Right I'm off now so have a good day all Robi, Neti, Lottie, Shaney and Mr S, The Woofies, Jno, Dolly Laters 'gaters

Don't know about head girl, but there is one person who rushes to be the first to answer every question in every section. Must be a full time job!! More like the kid in the class that puts their hand up all the time and has to be the one that answers!!
Good morning folk.
Just come home. Been drinking coffee and eating a delicious date slice. Have come back with a free bag of daffodil bulbs. What would I do if I didn't have a garden centre down the road!

shaney, a throwaway email address is just an ordinary address but you use it for only one purpose (or whatever you like) then abandon it. So you could set up [email protected] in case you ever wanted to give anyone an address on AB, for instance, but not use it for anything else and keep all the serious, private stuff on your regular address.
If you do it on hotmail, I think it vanishes automatically if you don't sign in once a month.
Head girls, I love head girls, I wish I'd been one myself. AB could do with a few more calm people who don't get into fights and don't take things personally.
