True Religion Jeans websites
9 Answers
A warning to all. Be very careful when trying to buy True Religion Jeans. I bought from what I thought was an UK outlet for True Religion Jeans and paid 66.00 for a pair. They took three weeks to arrive and are clearly 'fake' jeans. When they arrived they had come from China! They are very very poor quality and don't fit! When I contacted the company and told them I wanted to return them as they are poor quality and don't fit, they are now refusing to let me send them back! They have said it is inconvenient for me to return them! They have offered me a 30.00 refund and keep the jeans, and suggested I might want to sell the jeans myself if I don't like them! Hilarious! Just wanted everyone to know. I am not normally stupid about such things, but the Website honestly looked genuine and had a .com address but there was no indication that they were selling from China!!! Beware!

Did you check for a "bricks and mortar address? I know its rubbing it in but I always make sure, if I am not dealing with a known firm, that there is a real UK address on the website....sometimes I even check out the phone number. Were the jeans a huge bargain? Its another sign that all is not right.
sorry, I don't mean to rub it in........

Thanks for the warning, scraggy. Don't really know what you can do apart from sending them back anyway and demanding your money back.
If you want a decent pair of jeans that are comfortable and look good then try 'Not Your Daughters Jeans' They are available at John Lewis. Brilliant jeans. I have three pairs, bought in America, and they are fantastic. Will be getting some more when I'm over there later this year.

For future reference:
All UK web traders must (by law) provide a postal address. That website doesn't.
Always beware of websites which appear to be in the UK but which offer you the facility to change the currency you pay in (as that site does); it's uncommon on genuine UK sites.
For web addresses ending in .uk, always run a 'whois' search on the Nominet website, as here:

For other web addresses, try one (or more) of the 'whois' sites offered by Google, as here:
