american clothes sizes

i'm looking for the american equivalents of english clothes sizes.  i found a site that does up to (english) size 26 but i need larger.  anybody help?

A UK size 10 is an American Size 6, a UK size 8 is an American size 4 and so on. Therfore a UK size 26 wil be a US size 22 - just deduct four from the UK size.

Don't know the exact sizings but in U.S. the bigger sizes are 1X, 2X and 3X and they probably go higher than that, but it's quite usual to see these three sizings.

There's a ladies clothes shop in US that I know of called Catherines - who cater for larger ladies, I would assume they have a website; it might be worth looking at.
