Could it be the case that Paypal passes on details of our accounts to third parties.? I ask this because it is the only organisation that sends to me e/mails which are personally addressed....Hi **** ****.

Please comment on the e/mail which I have received today. :-

Is it possible that Paypal has passed my name and e/mail address to a third party. The reason I ask is that Paypal is the only organisation that sends me e/mails which commence with my Christian & Surname.....e.g. Hi J*** J****.
