designer vision mp3 player

Have got the same problem as person who submitted Question 182145 !!!!!!

My daughter also had had an mp3 player for Xmas and am also having trouble installing properly, have managed to put a couple of albums on mp3 player through media player but 3rd album only plays first song saying 'file error' for rest of album !! when load software cd error box appears saying "the software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows XP "

Its a designer vision mp3 player from toys R us (1gb) I am using windows XP !!! Can anyone help me and point me in right direction ???
