i finally bought some hair extensions...the thing is when i got home to try them on it was just one long big strip, not little sections to put in. Would anyone know if you actually have to cut the strips to fit in yourself or not? Or if not then what do you have to do?

Hiya, what I did, i dont know if it's right or not was cut the strip into section(i folded them over on the selves 3 times to make them thicker). I did one longer section for the back of the head at the bottom, and then 4 smaller peices for the sides, although i only ended up using 2 as I felt 4 was too much?..make sure you double it over otherwise its just too thin and looks straggely!

Good luck!!

xx
hiya, ive just recently had mine fitted in were i work., there all one big strip. if you want them to look real and look good you'll be best having them fitted in at a hairdressers! (they do last long so its worth it!)..the hairdresser sections you hair and then measures how much you wil need to fit that section, they then simply cut it off..and so on....!
avoid washin them aswel, they dont go scraggy that way, jus wash the top of your own hair x
buy good quality extensions from Hot Hair they come with clips they are already cut and they won't go scraggy because they are 100% human hair and not mixed with acrylic which is why they go scraggy, as the acrylic melts with heat leaving just the few strands of human hair ....... you only get what you pay for!
