Kim Shoes ------ in England?

Hope someone can help

Mrs AM is pestering me to find someone, somewhere in England, hopefully near Bedford, that sells Kim Shoes; she tells me they are manufactured in France, and they are very comfortable

She has had a replacement hip (twice) and cannot walk very well, so shoes that are comfortable are a must ----- but, she also wants them to look nice...........she has some every-day-shoes for ordinary wear
