Help me find a dress? Please?

OK so my cousin's getting married in August and I've never been to a wedding before. I don't honestly know how I've managed to avoid it thus far...

I'm looking for a dress to wear. I quite like one shoulder dresses and ones with interesting backs. If it was a dress I could wear again it would also be brilliant so I don't want it to formal. Any ideas? My budget is about �50.

Are hats compulsory/optional ? Is it a church/registry office wedding ? It will make a difference to the choice of outfit you wear.

If you go into Debenhams some of the stores have a personal shopper service. Its totally free and you are not obliged to buy anything, but they will scour the stock to give you lots of alternatives. Most people don't use it cos they assume it costs money but its a fantastic service!

find out your shape, and look for gok wan or trinny and sussanah for help. if you google 'what suits ...... shapes best?' then you'll probably get something good. find out you shape by measuring bust, waist, and hips/bum xxx
