They are faulty, an air pocket has been left in there when they were manufactured, take them back for an exchange or refund.

the shoes in question are not new, developed over time and progressively getting worse.
Get some Dubbin and cover both shoes in a light film of it.
If that doesn't work set a MouseTrap
It's still air, unless they got wet and it's a pocket of water, try leaving them in a warm dry place for a bit.
Get some new shoes.

Simples
Shoe repair shops sell a spray for such.
Get some goog quality gloves and practice walking on your hands
Whatever you do never use Dubbin on anything. No product has ever been conceived that is less appropriate for its claimed purpose. It is incredibly destructive, turning leather into mush.
Are you sure you paid for them ?

When I was younger and someone had a squeaky shoe, my Mum would remark that "they obviously haven't been paid for"..............

No, I have no idea what she meant, either.................:o(
Bin them and start again, I tried everything to get rid of the squeak in my shoes, right down to injecting the soles with oil

Nothing worked and as the sound got louder I ended up binning them!
The worst ones are those that emit bubbles when wet & trump type noises, very embarrasing!
That's your excuse Sachs.

No one believes you.
No, really! :0(
Have you checked to see whether you've developed squeaky feet ? Nasty condition, is that. It comes on as you're getting older, like so many conditions
