Books for 7 year old girl.

Looking for books for a 7 year old girl. She was quite shy but is now coming out of her shell. I bought her the Moomin comic books which she loves. Novels without pictures are still to difficult for her.

Get some old Rupert annuals, fascinating magical stories and you can either read the story at the bottom of the page, or the shorter rhyming descriptions below each picture.

Roald Dahl books are good like China said. Most have illustrations so will be suitable. I also enjoyed Dick King Smith books like this Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation and the Sheltie stories.
