Personalised Canvas Prints

I'm looking for a place that does custom made canvas prints where I can use my own photo and words.

I can only find places where I can use only my own photo or my own words.

Does anyone know of where I can get this done?

The easiest answer is probably to use something like Photoshop to create a photo with your text added to it. Saved in total as a photo, take it to a place that does photos on canvas, and there shouldn't be a problem.
