I want to send some flowers to a relative in Australia. Does anyone know of a decent company apart from Interflora that I can use. I have seen one called Flora 2000, but I do not know anything about them. Anybody any ideas? Thanks

I sent flowers to my sister when she lived in Sydney by searching flower shops there. I used a great one, I can't remember the name though. It's much better to find one there than use one of the international ones (but you have to pay by credit card).
I frequently 'send' flowers abroad and find the best method is to put 'florist' and the recipients location into a search engine and see what comes up! You can then browse according to budget and suitable payment method. The big names - ie Interflora are horrendously priced by comparison.
I have used Teleflorist.co.uk for this country and they were very good. Don't know what they would be like in Australia.
Worth a try I suppose
