I got a renewal reminder...

For my anti-virus yesterday. £49.99 discounted to £42.99 for early renewal. I decided to shop around. I found a local computer shop run by the local council. They are selling the exact same for £15. All I had to do was put in the licence key, what a result,up and running for another 13 months. While I was there I was looking at keyboards (mine has a lot of letters that are rubbed out) While looking the guy said we have these two that are discontinued. One was black the other pink. How much is the black one says I. £3 he says. I can't believe there are still bargains out there and my new keyboard is brill. Just thought I'd tell you. If you're interested he wanted £1.50 for the pink one.

Why didn't you get the pink one?

My brother told me a similar story about his anti-virus the other night. He was going to go on-line to renew it but went into town to check the prices. I think that he saved about £20.

Tch, I've owned computers since 1992, never paid for anti virus and never had a problem.
