Fashionable raincoat for female cyclists

I am now travelling to work "Dutch style" and have been looking for a coat for the "English weather". All I find is short jackets in hi-viz phosphorescent colours and lycra. Any hints were I could find a decent raincoat covering my knees that a "reasonably dressed women" could wear...?
