the tag line on the ad says.'come in this week and see what you can save' I thought that meant if you went in and bought stuff they would do the comparison then and there. it doesn;t cos they didn;t

sod it i'm gonna ring em and ask what they mean
They give you your receipt in a green leaflet and it tells you how to do it on-line (it's also written on the receipt itself).
Their Ipswich store had staff explaining how it works this afternoon, but it's not exactly rocket science! (You just need your receipt):

Yes, you then go online and ir works out what you can get back on a voucher, but you have to print out your voucher,#so, which is cheaper:
Buy a new black ink cartridge
Buy a new printer
Don't bother claiming
It's still an option if you wish to print the voucher out (depends how much it is for I suppose).
Does it tell you how much the voucher will be for?
If your printer use £3.70 worth of ink to print out one page, you need a new printer, Dot!

There's no ink at all in there and so i would have to buy a new cartridge
i dont understand what you have to do, do you have to type in every item you purchased then it compares it. i shopped at asda two days ago and was given a voucher about comparing but wasnt sure what to do so left it.
Go to website and put in receipt number and it will then compare.

I do this altho because I shop online I have to wait 48 hours.
